Arizona Illustrated presents "Footprints from the Past" featuring University of Arizona Geoscientist Prof. V. Holliday.

Arizona Public Media provides original television and radio content throughout Southern Arizona in affiliation with NPR and PBS. The recently produced story called Footprints of the Past, highlights the discovery of ancient human footprints found in White Sands National Park that date to as far back as 23,000 years. This provides unequivocal evidence for human habilitation in the Americas at least 10,000 years earlier than previously thought.
